How Do I Join The Club?

Simply select the best membership option for you by clicking here JOIN then simply book your first appointment by clicking hereBOOK Its that easy to join the Club. Alternativly you can visit during our staffed hours which can found on our home page.

What Do I Get?

Our membership options are access only, meaning you receive access to the Club 247 as a member. You have the option to download our PT app which keeps track of your workouts and nutrition. You receive a free access tag, replacment tags are $10.00 each. Personal Training can be arranged at an extra cost also.

Is The Club Safe To Use?

The Club has multiple CCTV security systems operating at all times for your safety. The main access door can only be opened by current members. White monitored panic buttons are installed on each green piller inside. The carpark area and gym are very well lit at night also.

Can I Suspend My Membership?

Memberships can be suspended for a time period, there is a cost of $15.00 to do this. You need to fill and submit this form to activate a suspension. Click here ADJUSTMENT and submit. If you have a direct debit membership your payments will stop for the required time.

Can Anyone Use my Membership?

No, unless you decide to transfer your membership to another person which attracts a fee of $35.00. To do this you would need to visit the Club during staffed hours to fill in new contract forms and transfer forms. You are the only person authorised to use your access tag unless your membership is transfered.



How do I Cancel My Membership?

Providing your contracted membership term has passed, no cancellation fee will be charged. You are required to give 10 days notice to Debitsuccess. Call them on 0800 481 0400 or submit an ADJUSTMENT form. Please note if you are cancelling within your minimum term, a cancellation fee may apply.
